Casa Celestino, is a stylishly restored villa, situated in a unique location on a hill in the middle of the Italian countryside. The villa has a breathtaking view of picturesque villages ("borghi") in the immediate vicinity. The clean Adriatic sandy beaches are only 8 km away. Within walking distance is the medieval village of Montecosaro, which has been voted one of the most beautiful borghi in Italy. In addition to a small supermarket and a cozy village square, there are various wonderful restaurants.

The villa has a breathtaking view of picturesque villages ("borghi") in the immediate vicinity. The clean Adriatic sandy beaches are only 8 km away. Within walking distance is the medieval village of Montecosaro, which has been voted one of the most beautiful borghi in Italy. In addition to a small supermarket and a cozy village square, there are various wonderful restaurants. Casa Celestino was completely restored in 2010 by a historic architect with a great sense of style. The original layout of the farm has largely been maintained. The original elements, such as wooden beams and terracotta floors, have also been preserved during the restoration. The interior of Casa Celestino is attractive, functional and above all comfortable. The furniture is a combination of modern and Italian antiques.
The large sitting room has a fireplace with dining area. A separate corner is set up for reading or watching TV. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and fully equipped. Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious utility room with a separate laundry area. The utility room has its own sink and a second refrigerator. Next to the house is the covered loggia with a large dining table and an outside seating area. In addition to the loggia is an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and separate dining area. Casa Celestino offers space for 4 couples or 2 families and has 4 spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms.The first floor is reached by a stone staircase in the middle of the house. Here are two bedrooms. On the east side the spacious master bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet and a comfortable bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the west side of the stairs is a second spacious bedroom with double bed and a large bathroom with shower. On this first floor is also a library / study and a fireplace.
On the attic floor there are 2 spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and an extra bed and a second bedroom with a double bed and two extra beds. Between the two bedrooms there is a shared bathroom with a freestanding bathtub and a separate shower.T
The swimming pool of 50m2 is completely enclosed by a laurel hedge that gives a lot of privacy. There are sun beds and a large umbrella.The large garden around the house has an area of more than 5500m2 and is laid out in Italian style, with cypresses and olive trees. The house is surrounded by sunflower fields in the summer. The site is enclosed by a fence with an electric gate. There is enough space to park several cars.
